Registrar for educational craft classes. Work directly with the Education Committee to plan class and workshop schedules. Create the brochure (print and online), and ensure easy and efficient registration for all students. Manage and maintain inventory of clay, tools, and office supplies. Process sales of supplies and artwork.
Assistant to the Executive Director. Create and maintain organizational systems for better record keeping and ease of access to important information. Direct phone calls, give guided tours and collaborate with committee chairs to plan events. Chosen to be part of the hiring committee for the new Gallery Shop Manager.
Graphic design for content used in marketing emails, posters, and snail-mail campaigns. Create content and manage multiple social media channels and the organization's website.
